How Enrollment Works
Pre, Primary, Level 1/2 and Level 2/3 classes register one semester at a time. Families may choose fall, winter/spring, or both.
Level 3 and above register for the full 29-week school-year program, beginning in the fall and continuing through the winter/spring semester.
More Than Weekly Classes
Students grow through connected training, creative exploration, and meaningful performance experiences.
Progressive Training
Our connected level system supports students from their first class through advanced training, with placement based on age, previous experience, readiness, and instructor recommendation.
Multiple Dance Styles
Students can explore ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, lyrical, hip hop, acro, creative movement, and other offerings as they grow.
Theatrical Productions
Youth performing classes participate in fully staged productions at the Montrose Pavilion. Students gain experience with choreography, costumes, rehearsals, backstage teamwork, and performing for an audience.
The Weehawken Performance Experience
Each semester concludes with a major story-driven production. For 2026–27, students will perform in The Nutcracker, Remixed! in December and Peter Pan in May.
Students do not need to audition to perform with their regular class. Auditions are only for dancers interested in additional featured or lead roles.
Participation is encouraged but not required, and performance assignments are structured according to each class and level.
