FALL 2026 YOUTH AERIAL DANCE AT WEEHAWKEN!

Weehawken Dance presents "Cinderella" 2026

Schedule Release for Fall 2026!

Registration opens July 13 | Final deadline: September 5 (if space is available)

The Weehawken Aerial Dance program runs year-round, offering 29 weeks of inspiring instruction divided into two semesters. Each semester culminates in a performance at the Montrose Pavilion, where every student has the chance to soar on stage and showcase their progress. Classes are offered for ages 7 through 18 and are semester-based commitments, with tuition reflecting a 14-week session. Most classes perform in one show, while older and more advanced students may perform multiple times. Dancers enrolled in Level 3/4 and above are eligible to audition for featured roles—these roles include additional rehearsal time and expanded stage opportunities, offering a deeper and more challenging performance experience. Whether your dancer is just beginning or ready to take flight at a higher level, Weehawken’s aerial program blends strength, creativity, and confidence in every class. We follow a set curriculum taught by certified instructors, with an emphasis on strong technique, high-quality training, and level-appropriate progression. Our program is built with safety, structure, and long-term growth in mind—providing a consistent, supportive, and enriching experience for every student.

THIS SEMESTER’S PRODUCTION: THE NUTCRACKER, REMIXED!

What to Expect During Show Week

Show Week is one of the most exciting weeks of the semester! Our productions are split-cast, with dress rehearsals and performances taking place throughout the week at the Montrose Pavilion.

Please plan to be available during Show Week (December 7–13).

Most aerial students will have one dress rehearsal and one performance during Show Week. Some upper level classes may perform in multiple casts and have additional rehearsals and performances.

For most younger students, the dress rehearsal takes place earlier on the same day as their performance.

Final cast assignments, rehearsal schedules, performance dates, and call times will be emailed in October.

For the most up-to-date information, including your dancer's cast, rehearsal schedule, and performance details, please visit the Performance Information section of the Parent Hub. This page will be updated in October once show assignments and schedules have been finalized.

Auditions for Lead Roles

Our most advanced aerialists (level 3/4), may audition for featured and lead roles in our productions.

Auditions for this semester will be held on Sunday, August 30th, 2026.

Click here to learn more about auditions, the process, and what to expect at rehearsals. Be sure to complete the audition form before audition day.
