Adult Aerial at Weehawken
Our Fall 2026 adult aerial program welcomes absolute beginners and experienced aerialists. Classes are offered in supportive 4- or 5-week sessions in Montrose and blend strength, creativity, and movement using aerial silks and lyra.
Classes focus on progressive skill-building while developing flexibility, core strength, body awareness, coordination, and confidence. Whether you are brand-new to aerial or returning with experience, our program offers encouraging instruction and progressions appropriate to your level.

What to Wear
Aerial classes have a required dress code.
Appropriate attire supports comfortable movement, hygiene, and proper care of the equipment.
No performance commitment is required. Adults may participate simply for the movement, challenge, creativity, and enjoyment of aerial arts.
What You’ll Experience
Adult aerial offers a unique combination of strength-building, creative movement, and community. Students learn wraps, holds, transitions, and sequences through thoughtful progressions that support safe, sustainable growth.
Our classes celebrate progress at every level. You do not need to be especially strong or flexible before beginning—those are qualities you will develop through consistent practice in a welcoming and encouraging environment.
Our adult aerial curriculum is informed by the training standards and teaching progressions of Paper Doll Militia, an internationally recognized aerial teacher-training organization.
