It’s almost showtime! This rehearsal gives dancers a chance to practice on the Pavilion stage in costume before their Saturday evening performance.
Does My Dancer Attend Tuesday?
Tuesday is the dress rehearsal for Show 5—the Saturday evening, December 12 performance.
The Show 5 cast attends unless told otherwise, with the exception below. Check the Tuesday PDF for your dancer’s classes, roles, name, and arrival time.
Angels Up High exception: Annabelle, Evelina, Rainee, and Lincoln rehearse Saturday instead of Tuesday for this dance. If your dancer has another Show 5 assignment, check that assignment’s rehearsal requirements too.
The Tuesday PDF lists classes and dancers, grouped by act and shown in dance order. It also gives arrival times. The class comparison PDF helps you find your dancer’s assigned shows and rehearsals.
If your dancer has several classes or featured roles, check every assignment and use their earliest required arrival time. If you cannot find their name or something looks incorrect, ask Lexi before assuming they are excused.
Tuesday at a Glance
- Act 1 or both acts: Arrive 3:15–3:30 p.m. Ready to rehearse at 4:00 p.m.
- Act 2 only: Arrive by 5:30 p.m. Ready for finale and bows at 5:45 p.m.
- Entrance: Pavilion front door.
- Check-in: As dancers enter the hall.
- Pickup: In the lobby after staff release your dancer.

Your Dancer’s Rehearsal Schedule
Act 1 Only
Arrive: 3:15–3:30 p.m.
Please do not arrive earlier.
Ready: 4:00 p.m.
Seated in the theater, in costume, with hair finished and ready to begin.
Pickup: Approximately 6:30 p.m.
Dancers may leave after their dances and the full-cast finale and bows are complete, once staff release them. Meet your dancer in the lobby.
Finale and bows are rehearsed between Act 1 and Act 2. If your dancer stays to watch Act 2, they must sit quietly in the rear of the theater.
Act 2 Only
Arrive: By 5:30 p.m.
Check in as you enter the hall. Place belongings in the conference room, then join your class group in the hallway.
Ready for finale and bows: 5:45 p.m.
In costume and ready in the hallway. After bows, dancers go to the theater with their group for Act 2.
Pickup: After your dancer’s final dance and bows, once staff release them.
Meet your dancer in the lobby.
The full rehearsal is expected to finish around 8:30–9:00 p.m. Some dancers finish earlier and may leave when released.
Both Acts
Arrive: 3:15–3:30 p.m.
Ready: 4:00 p.m.
Seated in the theater in your first costume, with hair finished.
Pickup: After all assigned dances and finale/bows, once staff release your dancer.
Meet in the lobby. Finishing time depends on your dancer’s final dance in Act 2.
Please allow flexibility for pickup. We stop to work on spacing, lighting, and transitions, so finishing times are estimates. The PDF shows dance order, not exact pickup times.
For dancers finishing during Act 2, we recommend having them call when ready. Calls from our phones may come from 970-318-0150 or 970-318-0308.
Arrive Ready
Wear your first costume under a labeled robe, with performance hair finished. Makeup is not required for Tuesday’s dress rehearsal.
Bring everything needed for your assigned dances. Review the Family Guide for costumes, tights, shoes, hair, and the complete packing checklist.
- No jewelry. Stud earrings are okay.
- Remove nail polish before arriving, and leave nail polish at home.
- Keep makeup out of young children’s reach. An adult should supervise any touch-ups if makeup is brought.
For Parents & Caregivers
You’re welcome to wait in the lobby. The theater is reserved for dancers and staff during dress rehearsal so everyone can practice and prepare.
Dancers take their costumes home after Tuesday’s rehearsal for the performance. Any accessories or props assigned to stay backstage should remain there.
