For tights, ballet slippers, jazz shoes, and uniforms for primary & level 1 & 2 ballet girls, please use the link to order from the 610 Gallery website. We will have your items ready for you at class.
In-Person Help:

Ouray County: For assistance during business hours, visit The 610 Arts Collective at 610 Clinton Street in Ridgway (Tuesday - Friday, 10 AM - 5 PM). The staff can help you access a classroom for an in-person try-on.

Montrose: In-person help is available during dance class hours at the Montrose Field House, typically after school hours.
For Hip Hop & Tap Shoes or other apparel, order from Discount Dance
For Hip Hop or Tap Shoes, upper level leotards (pointe and level 3 and up), Guys Ballet uniforms and other apparel, use this link to order from discount dance.

We do carry basic pink ballet shoes & convertible tights at the studios
Dress Code By Class
Jazz, Tap & Lyrical
Jazz, Tap & Lyrical Students may wear dance or athletic clothing. No Jeans. Jazz shoes may be ANY style black jazz shoe on the market. Tap shoes may be any black tap shoe on the market. Weehawken does have a bucket of used tap shoes that families may opt to borrow for the semester (as available), but does not guarantee all students shoes. Lyrical students need pink ballet shoes.
Hip Hop
Hip Hop Students should wear hip-hop shoes (shoes specifically for dance class) and hair pulled out of the face. Hats encouraged!
Black Flat Bottomed Sneakers (Black Converse work well or order from link above), pants that cover the knees. Shoes used for class should not be used as street-shoes. No spaghetti straps, no skirts or jeans, and no exposed bellies.
Appropriate footwear must be worn for all classes. Each class will be required to wear the shoe assigned for the performance as chosen by the teacher.
Tajiana Rueschhoff’s dance journey began at the age of 5 when she first stepped into a small ballet school in Mississippi, sparking a passion that would endure a lifetime. Growing up in Ouray, Colorado, she continued to nurture her love for dance with Weehawken, honing her skills over the years. Travel played a pivotal role in her development, allowing her to train under diverse instructors and immerse herself in various dance styles. Summers were often spent in intensive training at the Kansas City Ballet, further shaping her dedication to dance. Tajiana pursued her passion with pre-professional training at the Northwest Florida Ballet. Now, back in Ouray, she is pursuing an undergraduate degree in Geology at the University of Florida while eagerly embracing the opportunity to share her profound love for dance through teaching.
