Our locations throughout Montrose, Ridgway, and Ouray County provide welcoming spaces where students of all ages can train, grow, and connect. Depending on the location, programs may include youth dance, aerial silks and lyra, adult classes, pre/primary programs, and upper-level training opportunities.

Our Silks 2/3, Silks 3/4, and upper-level adult silks classes will transition from Black Canyon Gymnastics to CrossFit Agoge during the Fall 2026 semester. The exact transition date is still being finalized. Registered families will receive advance notice and confirmed location information before the move.
Fall 2026 Montrose Location Update: We are also preparing to move our dance and aerial classes into our new permanent Montrose studio. Registered families will receive confirmed class-location information before classes begin.
