Register for Dance Classes
The Weehawken Dance program operates year-round, offering a total of 28 weeks of classes split between two semesters. Each semester culminates in a spectacular performance at the Montrose Pavilion. Enroll your child in our Pre & Primary Level classes, available on a semester-by-semester basis, and watch them grow in a nurturing and supportive environment.

Fall Semester 2024

  • Class Dates: August 26 - December 6, 2024
  • Performance: "Nutcracker Sweets," based on The Nutcracker, on Saturday, December 14, at the Montrose Pavilion
  • Dress Rehearsal: Directly before the performance on December 14

(14 week session; Pre, Primary and Level 1/2)
45 minutes: $237.50
Show Fee: $50
Annual Registration Fee: $25

Age Guide for Classes:
PRE: Ages 2.5-5 (preschool-aged children)
PRIMARY: Ages 4.5-8 (kindergarten - 2nd grade)

Dancers in this level will work on movement fundamentals as well as learning to follow directions, work within a group, and be a part of a class. Classes in the PRE and Primary levels will perform once in the winter and once in the spring in our "Sweets" show. Sweets shows are designed to be fun, exciting, safe, and appropriate for the skill and attention span of the tiniest Weehawken Dance performers.
