The Weehawken Dance program runs year-round, offering a total of 28 weeks of classes split between two semesters, each ending with a performance at the Montrose Pavilion. Sign up for Level 1/2 and Level 2/3 classes on a semester-by-semester basis and watch them grow in a nurturing and supportive environment.
Fall Semester 2024

- Class Dates: August 26 - December 6, 2024
- Casting: Level 1/2 & 2/3 Classes will be in Cast C. For performance dates for your dancer, please see your class registration or the schedule for details.
- Performance: "The Nutcracker" at the Montrose Pavilion. Cast C performance dates: December 14 & 15
- Cast C Dress Rehearsal: Tuesday, December 10
- Performance Details: Classes labeled LEVEL 1 & 2 will perform their class routine on one performance date. Classes labeled LEVEL 2/3 will perform their class routine on two performance dates.

- Registration Opens: July 22
- Deadline for All Classes: September 15 (if space is available)

Fall Semester Dance Registration Fees (per class, 14-week session):
- 30 minutes: $112
- 45 minutes: $237.50
- 60 minutes: $262.50
- Show Fee: $50
- Annual Registration Fee: $25
Age Guide for Classes:
- LEVEL 1: Ages 8-9.5 (2nd grade - 4th grade)
- LEVEL 2: Ages 9-10.5 (4th grade - 5th grade)
- LEVEL 3: Ages 10+ (5th grade and up)
Dancers in this level will work on focus, technique, and dance vocabulary, facilitating skill and discipline.
Tajiana Rueschhoff’s dance journey began at the age of 5 when she first stepped into a small ballet school in Mississippi, sparking a passion that would endure a lifetime. Growing up in Ouray, Colorado, she continued to nurture her love for dance with Weehawken, honing her skills over the years. Travel played a pivotal role in her development, allowing her to train under diverse instructors and immerse herself in various dance styles. Summers were often spent in intensive training at the Kansas City Ballet, further shaping her dedication to dance. Tajiana pursued her passion with pre-professional training at the Northwest Florida Ballet. Now, back in Ouray, she is pursuing an undergraduate degree in Geology at the University of Florida while eagerly embracing the opportunity to share her profound love for dance through teaching.
