What to Expect:

Warm-Up (15 minutes):
We kick things off with a high-energy warm-up that includes dynamic stretching, isolations, and cardio-based movement to get your body ready to move. You'll activate key muscle groups while getting into the rhythm and vibe of the class.

Across the Floor & Technique (20 minutes):
Next, we focus on foundational jazz and hip hop skills through progressions across the floor. This might include kicks, turns, footwork patterns, and traveling grooves—all aimed at building coordination, balance, and musicality.

Combinations & Choreography (15 minutes):
We finish class by putting everything together in a short, fun dance combination. You'll explore musicality, expression, and personal style in choreography that blends classic jazz elements with hip hop attitude.

Let loose and get moving in this upbeat and empowering class that blends jazz technique with hip hop style.Designed for adults of all levels, this class is perfect whether you’re stepping into dance for the first time or returning after years away. You’ll build strength, coordination, and confidence while learning fun, high-energy choreography in a welcoming and supportive space. Come ready to sweat, groove, and feel great!

Attire:
Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothes that allow freedom of movement—leggings, joggers, or bike shorts with a tank top or tee are great options. For footwear, clean, flat-bottomed sneakers are best for hip hop to help with stability and safe movement. Jazz shoes or bare feet may also be appropriate for some combinations. Most importantly, wear what makes you feel confident and ready to move!
