Babies are welcome, and you can even keep your little one close by using a baby carrier or wrap during class!
What to Expect:
  • Warm-Up (15 minutes): We begin with a thorough warm-up to prepare your body for the demands of ballet. This includes gentle stretching, basic foot and arm exercises, and light cardio to increase your heart rate.
  • Barre Work (20 minutes): The heart of the class focuses on traditional ballet exercises at the barre. You will practice pliés, tendus, dégagés, and other fundamental movements, emphasizing proper alignment, strength, and flexibility.
  • Center Work (15 minutes): After the barre, we move to the center of the studio for exercises that challenge balance and coordination. Expect to work on turns, jumps, and small combinations that incorporate the skills learned at the barre.
Benefits:
  • Physical Fitness: Improve your strength, flexibility, and overall fitness.
  • Mental Well-Being: Ballet is a great way to relieve stress and boost your mood.
  • Community: Connect with fellow dance enthusiasts in a positive and supportive environment.

  • Comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows for full range of motion (leotard and tights, or leggings and a fitted top).
